Mujer de 26 años. La paciente se
queja de picazón en el cuello y las orejas desde hace una semana.
Últimamente, ha trabajado mucho y se siente muy cansada. Además,
recientemente, ha tenido muchos problemas personales. Tiene ansiedad y
se enfadada con facilidad. Durante la semana anterior le empezó a picar
el cuello y después de rascarse aparecieron muchas espinillas pequeñas.
Empeora por la tarde y la noche. Tiene la boca seca, el apetito es
normal, la orina y las deposiciones son normales. No tiene antecedentes
destacables.
La lengua es roja con poca capa. El pulso rápido y tenso.
Se le diagnostica de
neurodermatitis, por Viento-Calor en el Jiao Superior y Fuego de Hígado.

B 10 (XUE HAI), V 17 (GE SHU), B 6 (SAN YIN JIAO), tonifican y dragan la Xue en el cuerpo para eliminar el Viento de Xue.
